Successful and sustained Proactive Service® business development is not an accident. It must be guided. Sales and service skills must be coached, supported and reinforced. Managers can take a proactive approach to managing the business development efforts of their teams. Our role is to help service managers be more effective in encouraging and supporting behavioural change and provide them the tools to keep the Proactive Service® approach and related business development activities a key focus of the service employee’s daily activities.

The first step to coaching is to understand your coaching style and how it impacts your coaching effectiveness.  We offer PMC Management Coaching Assessments to gain a unique insight into your coaching profile and how it may be impacting your success in coaching your team.  We can then help you develop a personal development plan to increase your coaching performance to support your team and help them attain results beyond what they thought possible.  We also provide skills training specifically tailored to service managers who lead Proactive Service® teams.
