The Resources folder contains articles and other information related to Proactive Service® that you may find helpful as you prepare for the workshop. Perhaps the most relevant resource is a video that provides you, as the facilitator, an overview of the workshop and the Facilitation Guidelines. There is also a self assessment available to help you evaluate how proactive your field team is and identify possible areas of improvement.
