This folder contains a number of files to support your delivery of the workshop.  Here you will find Certificates of Completion, Attendance Forms and Workshop Evaluation Forms.  Check out the file entitled “Document List” for a complete list and description of the files in this folder.

There are several files that I would like to bring to your attention.

  • Proactive Service® Follow-Up Emails. This file contains suggested emails to send to participants after they have completed the workshop to reinforce key concepts of the workshop.  You will also find a 
  • FAB #1 Worksheet Template.  The FAB #1 Exercise Template is designed to help you create your own FAB examples for services and/or products that are unique to your business, which you can use with or instead of the FAB #1 Exercise worksheets included in the Worksheets and Exercises folder.  
  • The Service Call Scenario Example. The Service Scenario Example is a description of a service for you to use to create your own service call that is unique to your business.  
  • Homework Reminder Emails.  If you choose to assign homework, you can use these emails to remind participants to complete their homework assignments.
  • 5 P Scorecard.  The 5 P Scorecard can be used to score the 5P conversations that take place at the end of the workshop.  Refer to your Facilitation Guidelines for more information.
